A fully immersive two-day yogic and wellbeing experience at Compton Verney, with established Brixton Yoga teacher Gurpreet.

 

Move your body with vinyasa flow, slow down with sound meditations, nourish yourself with delicious homemade Punjabi food and be uplifted with live musicians and performers into the evening.

Join a small collective of likeminded individuals for this truly unique wellbeing experience, set in 120 acres of art, nature and creativity.

Please note, accommodation is not included. We are only a 15-20 minute drive from Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick and Leamington Spa, three beautiful tourist town with a choice of accommodation. Compton Verney doesn’t have onsite accommodation, but has discounts available at several local hotels, please contact us if you would like more information.

About the facilitator and Yogi

Gurpreet started Brixton Yoga way back in 2013 and has recently expanded to Leamington Spa. He oversees an enriching program of Movement meditation in the best venues in Brixton and Warwickshire. Prior to teaching yoga, Gurpreet played football for years, trained as a dance movement therapist, toured with Amici Dance theatre, worked for the leader of a political party in parliament and an enthusiast cook. He hopes all this help him to connect to lots of different people from all walks of life and create super friendly and welcoming classes for all of you lovely yogis…

In his Leamington Spa studio, he works with Chris Woodward, 38, who has had a 15-year career in corporate events in London before he started working at The Pod in Coventry, which won a Vegan Taste Award in Coventry and Warwickshire’s Foodie Awards 2023. He has recently won an award for his plant-based food before opening his own vegan café in Leamington Spa supporting the Brixton Yoga centre.
