Food historian Melissa Calaresu sets your tastebuds tingling on a whirlwind tour of the culinary history of Naples.

Learn about the food and drinks that delighted or disgusted Neapolitan audiences and how these flavoursome delicacies were depicted in the paintings in Compton Verney’s collection. This is the third instalment of our Sensing Naples Lecture Series which takes a deep dive into Compton Verney’s Naples Collection.
