Film screening:
Orlando

Thursday 13 February 2025
1.30pm

Sally Potter’s witty and dazzling adaptation of Virginia Woolf’s classic novel, Orlando.

The film follows the fortunes of a young aristocrat – Orlando – from 1600 to the present day, as he changes sex and discards his biological and cultural destiny along the way. Orlando uses changing body adornments and costumes to symbolise gender fluidity, historical identity shifts, and the subversion of societal norms.

Tickets include tea and coffee.
