Circus skills for all ages and a giggling comedy corner, join this renowned group as they help you master new skills while making you laugh. A warning to the crowds: this is no spectator sport!

Electro swing project TRio with DJ SET
End this extraordinary evening with music from the Electro Swing Project Trio with DJ set beneath the grand trees of our Wellingtonia Avenue. Dance to their irresistible fusion of modern day Pop Music with hits of the 1920s!
Sculpture Tour
Join Compton Verney’s Director of Creative Programming and Engagement, Abigail Viner, for an exclusive tour of our new Sculpture in the Park. You’ll gain incredible insights into all of the artists and works, from Louise Bourgeois’ ‘Spider’ to ‘Pissflowers’ by Helen Chadwick.

Chloe Wing and Permindar Kaur
Engage in an illuminating talk with leading artists whose work is currently exhibited inside our exhibition A Spirit Inside. You’ll learn more about Chloe Wing’s intricate masterpiece ‘Paper Cage’ as well as Permindar Kaur’s powerful works ‘Turbans’ and ‘Overgrown House’. Hosted by Jo Baring, Director of the Ingram Collection of Modern British & Contemporary Art, and Harriet Loffler who is the Curator of The Women’s Art Collection at Murray Edwards College, University of Cambridge, this is an opportunity to hear about how important it is to collect art and especially female and female identifying art. Jo Baring
Director of the Ingram Collection of Modern British & Contemporary Art, one of the UK’s most significant art collections, Jo is also a former Director of Christie’s and has written for art publications such as Apollo.
hARRIET lOFFLER
Prior to her role as Curator of The Women’s Art Collection at Murray Edwards College, University of Cambridge. Harriet was the Curator of Modern and Contemporary Art at Norwich Castle Museum & Art Gallery from 2009-2018 and also worked for the Tate, The Museum of Modern Art, New York and Frieze, London. She regularly contributes to conferences, panel discussions and public art commissioning panels.
Chloe wing
Part of the newly formed Young Contemporary Talents section of The Ingram Collection, ‘Paper Cage’ by Chloe Wing is a recent acquisition from the MFA fine art degree show at Wimbledon College of Art and is currently on display in the exhibition A Spirit Inside at Compton Verney, open until 1 September 2024.
Permindar kaur
Permindar Kaur’s (b. 1965, Nottingham) artistic practice extends over more than three decades during which time she has become one of Britain’s most innovative artists. Known as much for her deft manipulation of materials including glass, metal, and fabric, as for her evocative exploration of home, childhood, memory and cultural identity, Kaur’s practice defies easy categorisation. Her artworks ‘Overgrown House’ and ‘Turbans’ can both be seen at Compton Verney.
