A Fifties allotment in our park, which featured a range of vegetables and popular flowers that would have been available in the 1950s.
We planted a selection of organically grown heritage seeds which over the summer grew and were harvested potatoes, broad beans, onions, cauliflower and much more.
The allotment was generously sponsored by Wyn Grant in memory of Maggie Grant.
